What if I accidentally cause damage to the property?
Don’t worry – accidents happen. Tell whoever is responsible for the property as soon as possible. You will be expected to cover the cost of putting it right. Don’t try to ignore or hide damage because it can get worse, and it will only come out of your payment card at the end of the check-out.
What is the pet policy?
Unfortunately, pets are not allowed. There will be a charges for anyone who brings pets to the property.
What do I need to bring for check in?
Most of our properties offer a self-check in service. However, some properties you need to provide proof of ID as well as the booking confirmation. This will be clarified when making your booking.
Can I arrive earlier than my check in time?
We offer early check-in at 2pm and for an additional fee, Subject to availability. You can make this request when booking. To avoid disappointment, we please ask that you book your early check-in when making your booking. If requested closer to arrival, we recommend checking with the property at least 48 hours before arrival to ensure early checking is still available. What time is check-in and check-out?
Check-in is from 3pm onwards and check-out is 11am across all our properties.
Does my apartment include parking?
Some of our properties have allocated parking, some don’t. Properties with parking available will be listed on the booking description.
Can I book a stay for one night?
Some of our properties has a minimum length stay of two nights.
How far in advance can I make a booking?
We usually only accept bookings for 12 months in advance.
Where can I find my invoice?
Your invoice should be sent via email at the time of booking. If you can’t find it please get in touch via email at [email protected] for help.
What payment types do you accept?
Can I amend or cancel my booking?
At the time of booking you will be provided with the booking terms and conditions which include the cancellation and amendment policy. Please read through these thoroughly.
Can I make specific booking requests?
Please make any special request at the time of booking by sending an email to [email protected] detailing your request. The team will do their best to ensure they accommodate these request where possible.
What is the longest period I can make a booking for?
You can make a booking for as long as you like.
